As a registered user, you get an option of adding an address when you place an order. The address is recorded automatically in your account for future purposes. To add new addresses, you can access your Novology account and save more addresses to use during checkout.

Orders once processed or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

If you have received a damaged/ wrong product in transit you can contact us at support@novology.com or send us a message on WhatsApp.

On receiving the request, we'll send you an email after the refund has been initiated. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the source account. For COD orders, you will be required to provide your bank details to receive the refund.
