Payment Policy

  1. We accept online orders via Prepaid or COD. For prepaid orders, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express Debit Cards and Credit Cards. 
  2. Kindly note for orders through Visa and Master Card, you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card validity date, and a 3-digit CVV Number (on the back of your card).
  3. If the amount has been debited from your account, but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team at support@novology.com or on WhatsApp and provide the following information:
  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Registered Email ID or Phone Number from which order was placed
  • Date & Time of Transaction 

Shipping Policy

  1. The shipping charges are mentioned at the time of checkout. 
  2. You will receive an email and SMS once your order is confirmed. 
  3. You will also receive a tracking link along with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. 
  4. The time of delivery may vary from state to state. However, we try our best to deliver your orders between Monday to Friday. 
  5. In case you received a partially shipped order, be rest assured. If opted for COD, you can pay for your order in parts. 

Delivery Policy

  1. To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our staff and customers, there may be delays in delivery sometimes. We practice extreme precautions on the safety of the products while packing and dispatching them. 
  2. COD is available for all orders, even the ones subject to offers and promotions. 
  3. We are not responsible for damages and loss post-delivery. 

    You must inform the customer care team in case:

  • If the order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received the order.
  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged product – tampered product or physically damaged 
  • You received an expired product 
  • You received missing products – Incomplete Delivery 

Please inform our customer care team about shortage, damage of wrong product deliveries within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will do our best to resolve your query in 2-3 working days. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders once 'dispatched' are not eligible for cancellation.
  2. If you wish to cancel your order before it is ‘dispatched’, please log in to your account to check the status of the order and take an action on cancellation, if available. You can also contact our customer care if you have difficulty in the same.

Return Policy

  1. Our Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  2. In case you would want a refund or replacement of your product, please contact our customer care within 24hrs of delivery.
  3. You will be required to present subsequent proof for a refund or replacement. The agent may ask you to submit:
  • Images of the product and packaging
  • Invoice
  1. Your request for refund or replacement will not be eligible if:
    • Invoice copy is missing.
    • Proof of product is without original packaging.
    • Batch Number, Manufacturing Date and MRP are tampered with.
    • Query is not raised within 24 hours of delivery. 

Refund Policy

  1. You will be asked for proof before initiating a refund for purchased products. 
  2. Prepaid orders will take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 
  3. You will receive a SMS and Email when the refund has been initiated. 
  4. COD orders may take longer for refunds as they will be refunded via bank transfer. The refund amount on COD may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
