Acne Reduction Serum

Thymol: Synthetically derived, monoterpene phenol derivative of cymene. They are also found in oil of thyme and monarda.

Terpineol: Synthetically derived, monoterpene alcohol. They are also isolated from sources such as cajuput oil, pine oil, and petitgrain oil.

Thymol perforates bacterial cell membrane and Terpineol inhibits efflux pump of bacteria preventing bacteria from flushing out the AMs (antimicrobials). Thymol and Terpineol synergistically targets acne causing bacteria. TT-2 technology does not harm beneficial bacteria and rebalances skin’s natural microbiome.
